attorney Darrell L. Heckman
announced that he is a candidate for the Democratic nomination
for Judge of the Second District Court of Appeals for
the seat currently held by retiring Judge Thomas Grady.
The Second District includes all of Champaign, Clark,
Darke, Greene, Miami and Montgomery Counties.
