L. Heckman has been selected as Chairman
of the Charter Review Commission for the
City of Urbana. The Commission has
proposed four amendments to the Urbana
City Charter.

year term as Public Member of the Ohio
Respiratory Care Board from March 2009
through March 2012. The Board has
also elected him as the Hearing Officer
for disciplinary cases before the Board.

of Urbana Board of Zoning Appeals by Mayor
Ruth Zerkle for a three year term,
expiring December 31, 2011.
